SHIPPING

1. How long does my delivery takes?

A: Delivery within Malaysia will take 7 – 14 Business days and international delivery will take 15 – 20 business days ESTIMATED, once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. This DOES NOT apply for PRE-ORDER items and is only applicable for READY STOCK items. It is customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering as they are stated clearly on the website if the item is under PRE-ORDER (PRE-ORDER NOW) or the item is READY STOCK (ORDER NOW). Please note that they will be certain case where the items you ordered might not reach you as mistake of address or any delivery issue (mishandling, delay) by the shipping company. We will try our best to guarantee the successful delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy Page in the event your item encounter delays.

A: We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. 


2. What are the shipping rates?

A: We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping for orders RM70 and over.
*Orders that are being shipped outside of Malaysia will range anywhere from RM40 - RM80. Please feel free to email us if there is anything we can further assist you with.


3. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

A: Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.


4. Will shipping carriers do you use?

A: We have a few options and will select based the best option available.


5. How can i change my order after it's been placed?

A: Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately at [email protected] upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.


REFUND, RETURNS & EXCHANGE


1. What is your return & exchange policy?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days from the day you've received your parcel. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached and not damaged). Merchandise returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.

2. What's the timeline for my exchange and refunds?

A: For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10-15 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfilment centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory and for you to receive your exchange or refund.


3. Can i get a refund if the price has changed since i order it?

A: As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference. In case we decide to refund to you, it will take 60 days in order for us to refund to you.

1. What are my payment options?

A: We accept STRIPE (all major credit & debit cards, except AMEX) and FPX (all major online banking transfer), as well as Bank Transfer.


2. How does the discount code works?

A: All discount codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases the discount code can only be redeemed once per person in order and has its unique terms and conditions to allow fair redemption and distribution of discount codes to all of our valued customers

3. Do you take corporate or bulk order?

A: Yes, we do take bulk orders. Please contact [email protected] and tell us what you need, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The MOQ for bulk orders is 50 pieces and above.
